"We asked Graham to replace the traditional grass and flowerbed garden layout by one that would improve the drainage, eradicate flooding, be dog friendly and be lower maintenance. My wife and Graham worked together to produce a design that would work. Graham provided practical ideas and advice to work out what scheme would work what would work less well and a proactive exploration of options took place. Once decided Graham then calculated it all out. The garden was to have expanded patios of Indian sandstone, several raised beds made from oak sleepers and grass and flat areas covered by a geotextile membrane plus gravel, over several land drains. The groundwork and foundation laying was very carefully measured and carried out. Delivery coordination with builders merchants and sleeper suppliers was well carried out and quantities of materials, sandstone flags, wooden sleepers, soil, gravel and sand very accurately worked out. Workmanship standards on patio construction and raised beds are excellent - of the highest standard. Graham and Peter were always punctual, worked jolly hard and were a pleasure to deal with. In addition the final price worked out pretty close to the initial estimate."
